Saltwater Charters owner Capt. Peter Brown was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and has been fishing both inshore and offshore for over thirty years. He began his guiding career in 1994 and was one of the first flats guides in the area, seeing the opportunity to set a high standard of guide services for locals and visitors alike while helping establish Charleston as a true sport fishing destination for anglers from all over the world. Through years in the business and a solid work ethic he has established an extensive referral base of loyal repeat customers as well as a network of professional guides to accomodate private and corporate groups of any size.
